Rental Rates, Horizons Cottage/Both Cottages
2007-2008 season
High season:
December 16-May 15: 2 persons,
US$1800.00/week; 4 persons, US$2100.00/week; 6 persons
(both cottages), US$3300.00/week
Low season: May
16-December 15: 2 persons, US$1500.00/week; 4 persons,
US$1800.00/week; 6 persons (both cottages),
US$2900.00/week
Christmas Week:
December 24-January 1:
2 persons,
US$1900.00/week; 4 persons, US$2200.00/week; 6 persons
(both cottages), US$3600.00/week
Extra persons:
$300 per week,
each. Maximum occupancy of both cottages is 9 people,
regardless of age.
Deposit:
A deposit of 50%
of total rental fee is
due with reservation.
The
balance and a security deposit are due 60 days before occupancy.

Cancellation and refunds:
Deposits are refundable
upon cancellation if made no less than
2 weeks
(14 days) before rental period begins
and only
if the property can be and is re-rented for the same
time period. A 20% cancellation/service charge is
deducted to cover re-renting costs and is not
negotiable. Later cancellations will result in a
substantial reduction of the amount refunded unless a
rental can be secured for the entire period being
canceled at no loss in rental fee.
